Carrigan Bradley, Miss Oklahoma’s Outstanding Teen was the winner of a $2,500 scholarship and fourth runner-up at Miss America’s Outstanding Teen on Saturday, August 1st in Orlando, FL. Her talent was a pop vocal and her platform is “Don’t Stop the Music.”
