Taylor Treat, Miss Oklahoma 2009 was named the Miss America Quality of Life Award winner Thursday, January 28th. Treat’s platform is Service Learning. She will also receive a $6,000 scholarship to further her education. Tune into the Miss America Pageant Saturday, January 30th on TLC.
