20-year-old Alicia Clifton was crowned as Miss Oklahoma 2012 on June 9, 2012 at the Mabee Center in Tulsa. The former Miss Edmond Liberty Fest is a junior at the University of Oklahoma who emphasized a platform of “lifelong volunteerism.” Along with the title, Clifton won a $16,000 scholarship. She will now go on to represent the state in the Miss America pageant later this year.
